Your generous donation enables BoldHope to serve our vulnerable neighbors in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Where you choose to give once or become a recurring partner, every dollar goes directly toward Care Closet supplies, Home Services, school programs, vocational training, and outreach to those experiencing homelessness.  Employment training, including hands-on learning opportunities, is at the core of Bold Hope Local’s partnership with Facing Addictions Ministries. The hands-on training provided equips individuals to leave this program ready to enter the workforce.  Re-entry assessments allow us to confidently allow us to confidently place graduates of the program in a fulfilling job commensurate with their skills.

The Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic provides free medical and dental care, behavioral health and social services to low-income, uninsured residents of Bucks County.  Our clinic is made possible by volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses and support staff; by Doylestown Hospital, which contributes facilities, and other support services; and by generous donations from the community.  We have a small paid staff of 9 people, and an annual budget of about $1MM.  We strive to raise that much funding each year and have been successful through the hard work of our staff, board and volunteers.

Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless (CSSH)

Providing emergency shelter and year-round support for individuals facing homelessness in Central Bucks. CSSH is a Doylestown grassroots organization dedicated to supporting individuals who are homeless or at risk. Their immediate priority is Code Blue night shelter during dangerous temperatures, while also providing year-round critical resources, outreach, and long-term support with dignity and respect, regardless of background.

Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless (CSSH) is an alliance of individuals and organizations assisting unsheltered adults in Central Bucks County. Our work is based in building trust. During the Code Blue season, guests are welcomed, offered a warm meal, and given the opportunity for fellowship and a good night’s sleep. We work with our guests to make connections and build relationships that continue beyond that cold winter night. We are much more than Code Blue. Year round, we continue to support those in need through community meals and other outreach efforts – including securing needed identifications, providing gift cards for emergency meals, purchasing clothing for job interviews, offering financial support to access housing, and more. We help individuals make a plan to pursue housing, employment, mentally and physically healthier lifestyles, and generally fuller lives defined by safety and dignity.

The Code Blue Project and the work of CSSH is considered an essential service. This mission, delivered by our volunteers, must continue through the pandemic. CSSH is constantly monitoring COVID-19 guidance from the CDC and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is working closely with the Bucks County Health Department to ensure safety precautions are in place – for our overnight guests and our volunteers.

The Next Step Program

Building opportunities for young adults with disabilities and their families. Established in 2015, The Next Step Programs was created to bridge the gap between high school and adulthood for young adults with disabilities. Through education, life-skills development, and professional training, The Next Step empowers participants to gain confidence, independence, and meaningful employment opportunities.

The Next Step Programs (TNS) was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between high school and adulthood for young adults with disabilities. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to live a full, engaged, and meaningful life.

They challenge limitations, break down barriers, and redefine possibilities. By working alongside families, businesses, and local organizations, they are building a future where young adults with disabilities are not just included but are leaders, contributors, and valued members of society.

Their work is rooted in the belief that with the right support, every person can take the next step toward independence, confidence, and success.
